On completion of structure/top floor slab or 120 days from completion of 14th floor roof slab, whichever is later 10% of BSP + 25% PLC +25% utility charges
On completion of brick /block work 5% of BSP + club membership charges
On intimation of possession 5% of BSP + ifms + stamp duty & registration charges + govt. levies and charges (if any)
Notes
  1. Presently, levy of EDC/IDC/IAC is governed by the guidelines of relevant authorities. in case of any revision at a later date by the authorities, the same shall have to be paid by the applicant(s).
  2. Interest free maintenance security (ifms) would be rs.50/sq .ft.
  3. Stamp duty/registration charges shall be payable along the last installment based on the prevailing rates.
  4. PLC applicable: greens/club: rs 100/-sq.ft; gf to 7th floor: rs.100/-sq.ft; corner:100 (PLC 1-100, 2-150, 3-250)
  5. Prices subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
